MY STORY

Luminescence is a mental health counseling practice owned by Clara Adkins, PhD, LCPC, approved supervisor. I offer individual counseling and psychotherapy services aimed at promoting well-being and self-actualization.

It is my dream to build a safe space for others to integrate wellness into their lives and to challenge themselves to reach their personal and professional goals by stepping outside of their comfort zone. I am passionate about helping others build self-confidence to pursue their purpose in life and strive to be the best and most authentic versions of themselves.
